How many pictures will you take?
The quantity taken is dependant upon factors such as the length of coverage booked, the number of locations and the time between ceremony and wedding breakfast.

Do we get to keep all the pictures?
Yes. All images are included in your album, the only exceptions being inappropriate or unflattering images such as blinks, missed expressions and duplicates which are edited out.

How will we view the photographs?
Your album will be completed and ready for you to collect six to eight weeks after your wedding. Each album is individually designed to display the photographs to best effect and the album put together by hand to your specific requirements by our suppliers in Australia using only the finest woods metals and laminates.

How will friends and parents get to see the pictures?
Our website contains an online album section so any of your friends or family can view the images after you have received your album. We provide you with password details on specially designed cards to be given to guests at the reception so they know how to access the images. For relatives unable to access the website we can provide you with a contact sheet of the images in your album if required.

How long do you stay with us on the day?
Although the length of time you choose to have us covering your wedding is entirely up to you, our most popular coverage is eight hours. This usually enables us to capture all the anticipation of the bride and groom as they prepare, the emotion of the ceremony and the joy of the reception.

Do you work separately?
No. In order to give clients our fullest attention we always work together and cannot be booked separately.

Do you book any other weddings on the same day?
No. We never photograph more than one wedding in a day.

Do you take any breaks during the day?
We prefer to remain with you throughout the day so we are on hand to capture all the special moments. For the longer coverages we may take a short break in order to eat, usually whilst your guests are enjoying their wedding breakfast.

If you have to travel and need to stay overnight who will pay your expenses?
We make no charge for travelling and/or overnight expenses in the UK.

What equipment do you use?
Image quality often depends upon the kind of equipment used. We only use the latest technology camera bodies and some of the highest quality lenses available in the world today from top professional manufacturers.

Why do you not use the larger cameras on tripods?
Our style of photography involves being totally flexible and unobtrusive in order to capture all the informal moments which make your day special. To do this we need to work quickly without intruding on the precious time you want to spend with your guests.

How much does a parents’ album cost?
Parents are able to select from all the images taken at £12 per image and have them displayed in a luxury leather album priced at £95 or alternatively a black buckram folio available at £50.

Why do parents’ album prints and reprints offer such good value?
We are able to offer additional images from just £10 each because the majority of the work to create them has already been done. We are able to pass this saving on so your friends and family can share in the experience of owning a genuine Rowe photograph.

Do you offer fine art framed prints of the images you take?
We find many clients love to have one of the images taken at their complimentary pre-wedding shoot in a special mount and frame and passed around guests at the wedding breakfast so they can sign their best wishes. This provides a memorable record of who was there on the day and can be purchased for £150. Additional framed images also provide excellent gifts for a couple to present to parents as a thank-you.
We have a stylish selection of frames from which to choose and couples can also select any image or multiple images. The timeless quality of a black and white fine art photograph creates a stunning focal point on the wall of any room and will be around for generations to come.

If our album is damaged, can it be replaced?
The unfortunate occurrence of a flood or fire damaging your precious album it is not the end of the world. We keep accurate records of all images and album layouts so replacements can be obtained. We do recommend that your album and any additional images are insured through your home contents policy.

If we would like more photographs, how long do you keep the images?
We keep all files indefinitely so all you have to do is contact us and more images can be supplied to you.

How do we get our album?
We will contact you when your album is ready to be collected. Clients living further away and unable to collect their finished album will have it couriered to them at no extra cost.
